Equipment Booking
I have booked some equipment for filming. As I don't have any filming equipment myself, this document is very useful in making sure I will have the equipment I need on the day I am shooting. It helps keep track of what equipment is booked and when someone is using it.
Release Forms
I have got the casts permission to include them in my media product. This is an important document as without it I wouldn't be able to release my product. I used templates to help create an industry standard release form.

Copyright Sound
I am going to use this website to find some sounds I would like to use in my opening sequence. These are copyright free so anyone can use them without having to ask for permission.
Storyboard
I have updated my storyboard after making my script. I haven't done a sketch for each shot as that would take up a lot of time and the script describes the scenes well enough. I have included the most important shots. This storyboard will help me remember what kind of shot I want so that I don't waste time filming unnecessary shots. Incase the sketches aren't clear I have added some notes on what type of shot it is, where the light is coming from and any diegetic or non diegetic sound is. I will have this document with me on the day of the shoot with the script and shooting schedule to stay on track throughout the day.

Shooting Schedule
A shooting schedule is a project plan of each day's shooting. It shows where and when production resources are used and is usually managed by the assistant director. I have used examples of shooting schedules that I found online to help create an industry standard document. I tried to group some scenes together to make filming more efficient.
Call Sheet
I have used a template from a website to make the call sheet look more professional. I've completed this pre-production activity to allow the cast and crew to know when they are needed. As I am only filming the opening sequence it shouldn't take more than one day to film however, if necessary I will make multiple call sheets. When the weather forecast is available for the day I want to film on I will decide wether or not to re-schedule for the production.
Meeting Video and Notes
We had a meeting talking through our short film/opening sequence and the setbacks we may face during production. Having identified the issues with my media production I will now try to find a way around these problems.
Everything that was discussed was written down on the above paper. These meeting notes are a useful document as it shows the points that were made during the meeting allowing me to look back at them without needing the video. this document comes in handy when a meeting isn't recorded. Another way of recording a meeting is by having the audio recorded.

Contingency Plan
In case there's any issues during production, I have created a contingency plan. I have put it into a flowchart layout to make it look professional. I've tried to give each possible issue two different solutions so if one option is no longer available the other is the only plan left.

Cast and Crew
I have made a list of the cast and crew involved in the production. This will help the crew know what their job involves and I have added the contact details to be able to ask when the cast and crew are available.

Risk Assessment
I have completed a risk assessment of all the locations needed for the film. This will help prevent any incidents which would put the production behind schedule. A first aider will be on set at all times just incase there are any injuries.
I used this website to find a template to help me create a more professional risk assessment: https://www.filmsourcing.com/film-production-risk-assessment/
